IPS, along with Montagu, hosted Australian Information Sessions about how to invest in Australia, answering all the questions about the economy, the property market and the regional differences, tax and immigration advantages, gaining mortgages, renting and most importantly the process.
This was also in conjunction with Macquarie and the launch of COAST, an Australian property development which is being developed by Macquarie Real Estate Fund (MREF). It is 50 minutes from Brisbane, 5 minutes from Surfers Paradise and only metres from white sandy beaches, stretching miles in either direction. International Property Solutions (IPS) and Montagu Property Group are launching the development in South Africa and the UK.
