Development The site boasts development approval for 58 residential apartments and 4 ground floor office suites within two buildings.
Nine of the top floor apartments are split level boasting large outdoor recreational decks that include spas and BBQ facilities to each apartment.
The development will include a swimming pool, BBQ areas, recreational areas, extensive landscaping all linked via connecting pathways.
Construction on Allure commenced in March 2008 and is expected to complete in April 2009.
Location Allure is located in the suburb of Waterloo, in Sydney, which is undergoing gentrification with a rising business district focusing on technology-oriented firms and the development of more green spaces such as parks. Waterloo is now considered to lie at the epicentre of what has come to be known as ‘Green Square’.
Green Square is considered to be the largest urban renewal project in Australia, and it lies between the Sydney CBD, Sydney International Airport and Port Botany.
