International Property Solutions (IPS) was incorporated in 2004. Since then, we’ve grown the company rapidly and are now the leading sellers of off plan South African property internationally. We also market property in England and Australia, focusing on new developments, as these offer buyers equal opportunity regardless of where they are in the world.

IPS provides all inclusive property solutions: a vehicle for property investors to streamline the process, reduce the challenges and facilitate effective property investment and development.

We have invested heavily in our staff and systems to streamline the entire property purchasing process, from choosing where to buy right through to the transfer of ownership and all the steps in between. With more than 10 years’ experience in the property and construction field, Scott is directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including managing the process and the players, and sourcing developments.

Brad Allen - MD (SA)

Bachelor of Commerce – Management & Economics

With over five years’ experience working for a construction company, Brad has united his business experience with his construction knowledge. Brad is based in the Johannesburg office and heads up the South African team. He is also responsible for managing the groups IT, sales and marketing.
