With over five years’ experience working for a construction company,Brad has united his business experience with his construction knowledge.Brad is based in the Johannesburg office and heads up the South African team.He is responsible for managing the groups IT,sales and marketing.

Kristen Miller - Associate Director

With just over 9 years experience in new business and systems development, and 5 of them within the property industry itself, Kristen is leading our International Affiliates and After Sales Divisions and integrating those processes into the national Team. Kristen works closely with every Division within the IPS Group, and is responsible for ensuring repeat client business and service excellence

Kennedy Dembetembe - Sales Manager

Over the past four years Kennedy has worked
for two of South Africa’s largest asset management firms. Applying his love and
passion for asset management, Kennedy has shifted his attention to a new asset
class, and is now responsible for managing the sales team in South Africa.  

Adele White - After-Sales Manager

A passion for property and
customer service finds Adele at home in her role as After Sales Manager. She is
also responsible for Mortgages and IT.

Thembi Mpanza - Sales & Marketing Executive

With almost two years of working at International Property Solutions,
Thembi Mpanza is a new breed of marketing specialist in the property industry
She works within the Sales & Marketing division. Thembi brings a wealth of
knowledge and uses her marketing background to find new clients, new markets
and open new avenues for IPS. She is responsible for marketing IPS to our
stakeholders.

Desiree’s career was launched in the
Financial Planning Services environment, where after she migrated to the
banking world.  Desiree has integrated her corporate experience with her
present function at International Property Solutions.
